Ayahuasca is a magical visionary sacred brew of the Amazon. It has magical healing qualities which empower the seeker to look within at suppressed emotions, deep rooted trauma and limiting belief systems. It is well known to reach and transform deeply hidden trauma where for many, conventional methods have yet to deliver.
Simply put, the dieta is the apprenticeship, the teacher is the plants. The plant is seeded within and a contract and terms for the duration of the dieta are negotiated. Intentions are set and typically one would meditate and participate in Ayahuasca ceremonies for the duration of the terms. A plant dieta is about nurturing and growing a relationship with a plant teacher and ally. Through an opening and expansion of consciousness all senses can guide one in receiving and sensing the messages and teachings of the chosen plant. In building a relationship with the plant, one may commonly come into a more balanced and healthy relationship with themselves which can typically improve all relations one may have with people, places, and things.
